1. The steam pressure shall not exceed the rated working pressure for a long time.
2. When entering steam, the steam inlet valve shall be opened slowly until the required pressure is reached. If the stop valve at the condensate outlet is equipped with a steam trap, the valve shall be opened all the time; If there is no steam trap, open the valve first until there is steam overflow, and then close the valve down, and keep the opening degree until there is a small amount of steam overflow.
3. The safety valve can be adjusted according to the pressure of steam used by users.
4. Steam boiler in the process of use, should often pay attention to the change of steam pressure, with the steam valve timely adjustment.
5. After stopping the air intake, the straight nozzle cock at the bottom of the pot should be opened to drain the residual water.
6. For tilting type and stirring type sandwich boiler, oil should be added at each rotating part before use in each shift; Cooked vegetable oil is recommended to be used for the parts on the surface of the agitated sandwich pot; 30-40 machine oil is used in other places.
