1. The heat distribution in the pot is uniform
The hot water spray system is equipped with a series of nozzles on the four corners of each tray in the treatment tank, which are set between each tray, so a wide range of spray modes can be obtained. Because of the continuous spray of water from the nozzles vertically installed on the four corners of each tray, the temperature in the tank is always very stable in all stages of the sterilization process, and the change of F value and over cooking are reduced to a lower limit.
2. Fast heating
Because there is only a small amount of circulating water in the pot, and the high efficiency (up to 98%) heat exchanger is used, the food temperature rises quickly. Generally, when the steam pressure is 0.6MPa, the food temperature rises from 20 ℃ to 121 ℃ in only 8 minutes, which can greatly retain the flavor and color of the food and reduce the energy consumption.
3. Indirect heating and cooling to prevent secondary pollution
The circulating water is indirectly heated or cooled by plate heat exchanger to prevent secondary pollution.
4. Suitable for all kinds of packing materials
Because in the cooling process, cold water is not directly injected into the pot, so for fragile glass bottle packaging, soft cooling speed can be adopted to avoid the bottle breakage caused by too large temperature difference. This feature is also suitable for shellfish, such as clams. If the temperature difference is too large, or the temperature difference is too large, the shell will be broken.
5. Perfect pressure control, suitable for sterilization of gas packaging
The pressure balance system is very important for sterilization of gas packaging, especially in the heating or cooling stage. The control system can continuously monitor the temperature and pressure in the treatment tank, and correct the pressure in the tank so as to make it correspond to the pressure in the package. The package filled with air or gas or sealed in vacuum can be sterilized without damage or deformation to the package or its contents. Different from other systems, this system can program all kinds of pressure modes suitable for products in advance and input them into computer.
6. Control system
(1) All periods are automatically controlled by sensors and valves.
(2) The pressure and temperature are displayed digitally.
(3) The temperature and pressure curves were recorded by recorder.
(4) Pressure sensor, temperature sensor, PLC, human-machine interface and other imported parts are used.
