1. Warming stage

If the leakage is small and the temperature is close to constant temperature, the steam can be turned on manually to raise the temperature to 121 ℃ for constant temperature. Method 1: manually open the steam valve to make the temperature return to the process temperature to continue sterilization. After the constant temperature is over, switch back to automatic cooling and pressure relief, isolate the product, notify QC for sampling inspection and wait for QC to notify for treatment; Method 2: stop the machine, manually cool down and relieve the pressure, take out the product and move it to other autoclaves to continue sterilization (you can jump directly to the constant temperature stage), isolate the product after the end, inform QC for sampling inspection and wait for QC to notify for treatment. Inform the maintenance department to deal with the steam leakage fault, and use it after repair.

3. Cooling stage

In case of leakage in the process of pressure relief, continue to carry out and take out the product normally. No isolation is required. Inform the maintenance department to deal with the abnormal points. After maintenance, the empty kettle can only be used after the operation is OK.
