The electric steam dual-purpose sterilization pot is composed of a sterilization pot, a steam generator, a pipe, etc.
Characteristics of the electric steam dual purpose sterilizer:
The steam source of the dual-purpose sterilization pot can be supplied by electricity or steam. When using electricity, it can be set to the required temperature in advance. The temperature can be automatically controlled by the control box, and it can be automatically heated when the temperature is lower than a certain temperature, automatic stop after temperature setting, thus ensuring the accuracy of the temperature during sterilization. When using steam, the boiler steam can be directly heated and sterilized.
1. The electric heating steam generator is used to replace the boiler, which is suitable for the environmental protection requirements and the food and drug production enterprises with small production, especially suitable for product research and development.
2. The temperature, pressure, time and steam generator are controlled automatically by the control cabinet, and the rest of the process is controlled manually.
3. There are three safety interlocks.
4. Electric heating power is optional to suit the different capacity of the user's grid.
5. Steam sterilization or hot water circulation sterilization can be selected.
The cost of the circulation field is greatly reduced because the sterilized food can be transported, stored and sold at normal temperature. The quality of the commodities is long. The fresh raw materials from the origin can be used for large-scale processing in the local area to obtain high-quality and low-cost products. Moreover, the sales surface can be expanded by the seasonal difference and regional difference, thus obtaining high profits.
The horizontal sterilization pot of this form is used in the general cannery for sterilization of canned goods under atmospheric pressure water boiling and heating. The equipment can be sterilized by introducing compressed air. If cooling is required in the pot, the water spray pipe (or water circulation system) at the top of the pot must be pumped. When sterilization, the pressure inside the can will exceed the pressure outside the tank (in the pot) due to the increase of the temperature of the can due to heating. Therefore, in order to avoid the pressure increase in the glass bottle during sterilization, the two ends of the tin must be protruded, and the counter pressure must be applied, especially for the meat cans requiring higher sterilization temperature.
The use of reverse pressure sterilization means that compressed air is used to increase pressure in the pot to prevent can convex cans and skip covers. The operation is as follows: since compressed air is a bad heat conducting body, the steam itself has certain pressure. Therefore, during the process of sterilization, the compressed air is not put in, but only when the temperature is kept at the temperature of sterilization, the compressed air is opened to the pot, which increases the atmospheric pressure of 0.5-0.8. After sterilization, when cooling and cooling, stop supplying steam and put cooling water pressure into the spray pipe.
Because of the temperature drop and steam condensation in the pot, the pressure of compressed air is used to compensate for the reduction of internal force of the boiler. In the process of sterilization, we should pay attention to the initial exhaust, and then discharge the steam to make the steam flow. It can also be deflated every 15-20 minutes to promote heat exchange. In short, the sterilization conditions must be met, and the sterilization temperature, pressure, duration and operation method of sterilization should be specified by the sterilization process of canned products.
