Horizontal horizontal shaft agitator is composed of vertical tube heater, concentrator, condenser and pipe valve. The heater adopts stainless steel insulation structure, the insulation layer is stainless steel sheet, and the surface is treated with mirror or matte. The worm gear reducer drives the horizontal shaft stirring, and the stirring speed is controlled by the frequency converter and stepless speed regulation. The agitator adopts polytetrafluoroethylene slurry, scraping edge stirring, no dead angle, mechanical transmission, unloading and reset. Material heating, mixing evenly, automatic flap, automatic discharge, can effectively reduce labor intensity, reduce production costs. It is suitable for boiling and stirring high viscosity materials such as bean paste, fruit paste, jam and traditional Chinese medicine.
